Victor’s voyages around the world and cultural influences are depicted in his selection of ingredients and spices. His most recent accomplishments are featured in this publication and depict the creativity and extensive culinary wisdom of this young man. The featured recipes are creations that Victor has devised during his tenure at the Raven, a seasonal resort in the Yukon, where he produced high quality dishes using rare ingredients and local meat. His first-time creations have landed him the “Best Chef in Yukon Award”. His mouth watering “chef d’oeuvres” have his guests acclaiming for more.
